We Treat Our Clients Like Family

They paid attention to detail and was very thorough!

Totally satisfied. Very professional, excellent speed and quality of work and to respond. I would recommend to all my friends.

Excellent customer service, quick response, and most importantly, answered my questions with a “good, better, best” approach… and when I asked him if it was a house he was going to buy “what he would do”, he wasn’t shy about telling me. I absolutely appreciated that type of honesty when looking at buying a home. He listened to my needs, wants and expectations for the home, assessed its strengths and weaknesses and informed me accordingly. He also saved me time and money by pointing out deficiencies ahead of the lender sending out an inspector. I would highly recommend Anna’s Home Insoections and wouldn’t hesitate calling him again if I buy another house in the future.

Fair price,Very professional, on time, made sure I had detailed information with recommended resources to fix the “problems” greatly recommended

Professional yet friendly

Matt provided a detailed and professional inspection. He clearly explained each area of concern and made sure we understood everything. Highly recommended.

Matt was extremely thorough, timely, and personable. Highly recommend for any inspection needs!

I have only good impressions from my Annas Home Inspections. Inspector Matt arrived on time, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful. The inspection was thorough, his report covered everything and he listed all issues he thought should be addressed and what he found. His final report was 53 pages, he took photos of all areas he suggested I look into replacing and or repairing and told the specialist title to call, ie: Plumber, Electrician, Chimney Sweep, etc. I was very pleased with Annas inspections and would highly recommend them. I have posted three of his photos, one is of an outside faucet that is not attached to the house, one is a leaking pipe coming from the shower head and one showing there is no cap on the chimney. As I said, he was thorough and all I had to do was call the folks that can fix the issues.

Matt was absolutely fantastic! The report was extremely detailed, and he went over every area of concern at length with me to ensure I completely understood the situation, along with recommended steps for resolution of his findings. Truly couldn't recommend him enough; I went with him based on his already stellar reviews, and if you're reading this thinking the same thing I did, let this be your sign that you're looking in the right place.

Matt had lots of great knowledge that he gave me during the inspection. Very professional and friendly. He was punctual and efficient before, during, and after inspection.

Matt is family oriented and made us feel like we were a part of his. He explained his findings and helped us understand what we could expect from our new home. We had great communication before, during and after and he was very flexible in accommodating our schedule. If you're looking for good insights and information from someone helpful and responsive, he is your guy!

Super happy with our home inspection! We are looking to buy and this company has been very helpful and great with attention to detail. It makes the buying process less stressful when you see everything. Thank you so much.

Very thorough and went over everything in detail. Also gave us DYI solutions to some of the minor issues. Excellent customer service and communication before, during, and after the inspection. Would definitely recommend Annas Home Inspections!

First let me say that Matt is a awesome guy. And when I say he inspected everything he INSPECTED everything. Was on time and had no issues with explaining what he found out and what he didn't find out. I would highly recommend Matt.

Although our house is a new build, Matt found issues that I or the Mrs. would not have even thought of. Thanks Matt.

Did a great job inspecting the house and was very informative. Really took time to explain things to us.

Best inspection I've ever had on a home. He caught most everything that would need attention.

Great to work with. Very professional, easy to talk with. Answered all my questions with knowledge and understanding. Thank you for providing peace of mind as we move forward with our home purchase.
